The Birmingham Area WOC (ET) Nurses Association have written patient education booklets on Ostomy Care. These booklets are available to an Ostomy patient for information about diet, skin care, activity, travel, clothing, odor control, insurance and sexuality.

The booklets provide easy readability with large print, simple terminology, and a 7th grade reading level. Revenue from these booklets help to sponsor children to attend the United Ostomy Association Youth Rally.
